Information you give us directly. When you submit the enquiry form on this site, we collect your first and last name, email address, company name, a description of the opportunity or decision you're considering, and your preferred way to be contacted. We only collect what the form asks for — we don't request financial, government ID, or other sensitive information through this site.
Information collected automatically. Like most websites, this site uses standard cookies and similar technologies provided by our website platform, Squarespace, to operate securely and to understand basic traffic patterns (for example, which pages are visited and roughly how many visitors we receive). This may include your IP address, browser type, device type, and pages viewed. We do not currently run third-party advertising trackers on this site.

We use the information collected to:

Understand whether SystemZero may be a good fit for your project
Operate, secure, and improve this website
Understand overall site traffic and usage patterns
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties, and we do not use your information for any purpose unrelated to the above without asking you first.
4. Who we share information with
We share information only as needed to operate this website and respond to enquiries:
Squarespace, Inc., our website hosting and forms platform, processes form submissions and site traffic data on our behalf.
Google, where we use tools such as Google Search Console (and, if enabled in future, Google Analytics) to understand how the site performs in search and how it's used.
These providers may process data outside Canada, including in the United States, as part of delivering their services.
5. How long we keep information
We retain enquiry information for as long as reasonably needed to respond to your enquiry and maintain a record of the engagement, and we delete or anonymize it when it's no longer needed for that purpose. You can ask us to delete your information at any time — see "Your rights" below.
6. Cookies
This site uses the cookies Squarespace sets by default to run securely and to measure site traffic. You can control or disable cookies through your browser settings; disabling them may affect how parts of the site function.

This site and our services are intended for businesses and professionals. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
